As a leading international manufacturer of phenolic, specialty urea and melamine resins as well as high-quality derivatives of methanol (C1) chemistry, we bear an important responsibility for people, nature and the climate.

With our "Mission Zero 2050" we are already on the way to climate-neutral production. In the Prefere development laboratories we are driving forward our big dream of converting our production to bio-based raw materials in the long term. With success, as the Brandenburg Innovation Prize 2021 shows. Our researchers were awarded this prize for a bio-based lignin-phenolic resin for the production of floral foam. And we are also continuously reducing CO2 emissions and optimizing our processes during production.

Our application process

Have you found a suitable position with us? Your application is the first step into our company. Arouse our interest!
To ensure that your application reaches the right person straight away, it is best to apply directly via our job portal, which is the quickest and easiest way. You will find the relevant link at the end of the job advertisement for which you would like to apply.
Your application documents include the individual cover letter, CV, certificates and proof. Make sure that they are complete and have no gaps. The attachments can be easily uploaded online in all common formats.

What happens next?

You have applied to us and we would like to get to know you. An initial meeting with HR and your supervisor will take place in person at one of our locations, depending on local availability, or we will organize a video interview via MS Teams. 3-5 days after the initial interview, we will contact you directly and give you feedback or, if necessary, invite you to another interview.
